Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on phx9, accessing our website at phx9.net, or using any product or service we offer — including sports betting, casino games, esports markets, and promotional programmes — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and phx9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of phx9 after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To open and maintain a phx9 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines and it is strictly enforced on phx9.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing phx9 and placing bets online is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of phx9, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any related service provider.
• You are not self-excluded from gaming services. Members who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion are not permitted to register a new account on phx9.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not opening an account on behalf of another person or entity.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on phx9. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts beyond the first may be closed without notice. Balances held in duplicate accounts — including bonuses — may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. phx9 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with our licensing obligations.

If your personal details change after registration — for example, a change of address or contact number — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support at phx9.

Account Security

Your phx9 login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify the phx9 support team immediately. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication options.

Identity Verification (KYC)

phx9 is required to verify member identities under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We may request documents including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point — especially before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All phx9 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on phx9 is ₱200. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits made via supported local e-wallets and bank transfers are typically credited to your phx9 wallet immediately or within a few minutes of successful processing.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on phx9.
• phx9 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method belongs to the registered account holder before processing withdrawal requests.
• Deposited funds may not earn interest while held in your phx9 wallet.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. phx9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method.

Pending withdrawals may be placed on hold if phx9 requires additional identity verification documents. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are processed promptly. phx9 does not artificially delay withdrawals for members in good standing.

Betting Rules

Betting on phx9 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type. General rules that apply across all betting products are outlined below.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed after phx9 has accepted it and a confirmation message is displayed. Bets are accepted at the odds shown at the time of placement. phx9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason — this applies particularly in cases of suspected match manipulation, account abuse, or technical errors.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required minimum playing time is reached; odds were set in error due to a technical fault; or the event result cannot be officially confirmed by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

Errors and Technical Issues

If odds are published in error — for example, due to a data feed failure or human input mistake — phx9 reserves the right to void affected bets. We make every effort to identify and correct errors quickly, and we notify affected members when this occurs.

• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change. A bet is accepted only when confirmation is received.
• Bets placed on events that have already started may be voided if a live score error is identified.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed on the phx9 interface.

Bonuses & Promotions

phx9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contributions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before opting in.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in all affected accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period.
• phx9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed the promotion before a change is announced will not be retroactively affected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phx9. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using the phx9 platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (AMLA and its amendments).
• Registering or operating more than one account, or providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with phx9, place bets, or exploit odds or system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or gaming round on phx9.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly priced odds to generate artificial winnings on phx9.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities, or using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Accessing phx9 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, or assisting others in doing so.

Suspension & Termination

phx9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that a member has violated these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued account operation presents a compliance or reputational risk.

• In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation. phx9 will communicate the reason for suspension where legally permissible.
• If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, any balance held may be forfeited. Where termination is not the result of member misconduct, remaining balances will be returned to the member's verified payment method.
• Members wishing to voluntarily close their phx9 account may do so by contacting the support team. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be cancelled upon voluntary closure.

Amendments to These Terms

phx9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes that materially affect member rights, phx9 will make reasonable efforts to notify members via their registered email address or through a platform notification.
